VibeDx ("the Service") is provided by ApeXhit LLC ("ApeXhit", "we", "us"). By accessing or using VibeDx at apexhit-vibedx.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. What VibeDx does
VibeDx performs passive, read-only security checks against a URL you supply — inspecting public HTTP response headers, TLS/certificate metadata, publicly reachable file paths, CORS behavior, and (optionally) dependency advisories for a pasted package.json. VibeDx never attempts exploitation, brute-forcing, denial-of-service, or any active attack technique.
2. Authorized use only
You may only scan applications, domains, or systems that you own or have explicit permission to test. Scanning third-party systems without authorization may violate computer-abuse laws in your jurisdiction (e.g. the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) — you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any target you submit.
3. No warranty
VibeDx is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Findings are best-effort and may include false positives or omissions. Passing a VibeDx scan is not a certification of security and does not guarantee your application is free of vulnerabilities. Always apply independent judgment and, for critical systems, a professional security review.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApeXhit LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of VibeDx, including but not limited to damages resulting from scanning systems without proper authorization, or from acting (or failing to act) on VibeDx's findings.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VibeDx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
